Spent 10 days at Otterington Park which included the August Bank Holiday weekend. We just wanted to thank the owners for a very pleasant stay. We have stopped at numerous sites within the UK and found Otterington to be one of the best family run businesses. For an example we wanted to extend our holiday further to include the bank holiday weekend even though they were fully booked (with over 150 calls on the thursday for last minute bookings) they tried hard to accommodate with numerous phones calls to confirm their pre-bookings. To our delight they had a cancellation and within minutes we were informed in-turn prolonging our relaxing stay. If you are looking for a quiet well run accurately described, very clean and friendly site for family’s look no further! This site demonstrates that it’s not just about cash…..its about honest actions and being very environmentally friendly…. Well done!
