Local Traditional Sausages
2 Rashers of Bacon
Mushrooms, Tomatoes, Baked Beans
Home produced Free range eggs

Kippers can be ordered, and any other choices subject to availability

White and Brown toast with a selection of preserves and when available heather honey.

Honey and Mustard glazed Levisham Lamb chops
Classic Somerset Pork Casserole - made with a Cider and Apple Marinate
Half a Roast Wild Duck - Served with Bread Sauce and orange gravy (when available)
Roast Joint of Beef - Served with Yorkshire Puddings
Newcastle Brown Beef Casserole - With herb dumplings

Our main courses are all served with a large selection of fresh vegetables, sadly no chips!! We will prepare other choices to suit guest requirements.

Home made apple crumble topped with an oatmeal fudge crumble, served with cream or custard

Strawberry Shortcakes - Shortcake cups with a hint of citrus orange supporting fresh strawberries and cream with a Strawberry Syrup

Lemon bombe - A mixture of cream, meringues and Contreau, lightly chilled and served with chocolate sauce

Bakewell Tarte with cream or custard

Baked Nectarines with a ginger nut crust served with cream or custard
