Starters:

Home-made 'Bloody mary' soup finished with Smirnoff black label.

Thai style chicken risotto cakes, sweet chilli dressing.

Rosette of melon filled with a choice of blackcurrant sorbet or Parma ham.

Flaky smoked salmon, avocado & creme fraiche (£1.95 supplement).

Main Courses:

Roasted supreme of chicken filled with mozzarella & sun-blushed tomatoes, wrapped in Parma ham with a pesto dressing.

Locally reared Pork braised with apples, cider and cream.

Char-grilled 'Orchard Farm' Aberdeen Angus rib-eye steak (£3 supplement).

Fresh 'Whitby' Halibut baked with gruyere cheese, grain mustard and cream.

Roasted vegetable & goat's cheese en-crute.

All of the above served with a selection of vegetables and potatoes.

Sweets:

White chocolate and brazil creams, balsamic strawberries.

Sticky toffee pudding.

Coconut meringue nest topped with double cream and a pinapple and chilli salsa.

Assorted ice-cream.

Selection of cheeses served with biscuits, celery and grapes (£1.95 supplement).
